CRER Senior Director Nate Gautsche represented the purchaser in the acquisition of 1.02 acres of land adjacent to Chick-Fil-A in the Pullman Gateway development on Chicago’s South Side.
Work on the site recently broke ground and will be developed into two stand-a-lone drive-thru buildings for Jimmy John’s and Dunkin’. Chipotle will also be coming to the development offering the client to own and operate their restaurants between two high volume, traffic generating concepts.
Pullman continues to see new growth and investment as Pullman Gateway follows the success of Pullman Park, a 180-acre mixed-use site at 111th and I-94 that brought nearly 1,500 jobs and $370 million in new investments to the area.
