Since 2009, Nate has demonstrated remarkable versatility as a broker in the Chicago market.  He has been the lead broker in more than 250 transactions including selling 1,300+ apartment units, development sites contributing over 650 new construction apartments and has sold and/or leased more than 750,000 SF of retail and commercial space.  

Nate has represented a wide range of clients including international investment groups, lending institutions, international fast-food brands, Michelin star chefs, retail and multifamily developers, non-profits, 1031 Exchange buyers and local portfolio investors. In the competitive and continuously evolving commercial real estate market, Nate gets deals done.  

Nate has been honored with several commercial sales awards from the CommercialForum including, but not limited to, 1st place for most multi-family units sold in 2013 out of over 11,500 members of the Chicago Association of Realtors and 3rd place in retail sales volume in 2012 and 2015.  

Nate is a CCIM Designee and a member of the Chicagoland Apartment Association (CAA), National Apartment Association (NAA), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI).
