This is Nate’s 8th transaction in Woodlawn and this deal adds to another record setting sale he closed earlier this year at 6100 S. Drexel which will bring the largest market rate multifamily development to Woodlawn in over 50 years.
Nate secured the listing after a national firm was initially engaged to market the property for ownership. He was able to secure multiple offers from local and out of state buyers within the first 30 days of on-market time, relying on his extensive experience and relationships in the neighborhood.
