Minnie Bird, a partnership between Sean Thomas, the grandson of Wendy’s founder Dave Thomas, and Venture Kitchen, opened at 1428 N Meacham in October to rave reviews. The restaurant offers fried chicken sandwiches, tenders, dirty sodas and free ice cream.
