Ryan Wewerka comes to Chicago Real Estate Resources (CRER) with robust experience in buying and selling real estate, with an emphasis on multi-family buildings. His focus has been helping investors in the Wicker Park, Bucktown, Logan Square, Ukrainian Village, East Village, Noble Square, and West Town neighborhoods to achieve their financial goals through real estate. Ryan also likes to keep his finger on the real estate pulse participating as an Associate Member of the National Multi Housing Group.
Ryan attended the University of Washington and graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Ryan’s background includes five years of experience advising CIOs and CTOs and multi-billion dollar companies on their technology and management practices.
In his personal life, Ryan enjoys exploring and seeking out new experiences of all varieties, a passion which manifested from living in multiple cities around the world, including Seattle, San Diego, Phoenix, Atlanta, Chicago, Granada (Spain), and Hong Kong. Ryan also enjoys spending time with his wife and their dogs.
