CRER Cares is an initiative launched by the collective input and effort of CRER’s management team and commercial brokers in direct response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This philanthropic initiate will live on well beyond this pandemic and continue to evolve and adapt as the needs of our community changes. The main goal of this ongoing project is to provide assistance for those in need while leveraging our relationships in the business community to broaden our reach.
To launch the new initiative, CRER sponsored 75 lunches for Swedish Covenant Hospital ER and nursing staff. The zip codes serviced by Swedish Covenant are some of the hardest hit by the Covid-19 virus on the north side of Chicago. Meals were purchased from 2 Asian Brothers, a family run restaurant located in Chicago’s North Park Neighborhood.
