There is no Challenge that we Cannot Work Through Together

Our team at CRER (Chicago Real Estate Resources Inc.) wants you to know that we sympathize and stand in solidarity with everyone who has been affected directly or by the implications of the global COVID-19 pandemic. The economic impact caused by this unprecedented event will most likely have significant repercussions for all of us regardless of our socioeconomic status.

We also want to assure you that we will continue to provide all the services in the same manner you have come to expect from us since our inception in April of 2004. In an effort to do our part in the prevention of the spread of this virus, the majority of our team has been working remotely for over three weeks with the exception of a few essential property management personnel in our Lakeview office.

Our professional and experienced Commercial Brokers are continuing to work on sales and leasing transactions with their respective clients to navigate through these challenging times. Our management team is advising our clients, including lenders, property owners, and our residential and commercial tenants, in an effort to keep up collections and occupancy, as well as to ensure a clean and safe living and/or work environment for all tenants. With more than 200 years of combined sales and leasing experience and over $2B in volume, plus 50 years of combined receivership and management experience, we will continue to provide expert consulting and guidance with the management, repositioning and disposition of distressed and performing real estate assets.

Since 1995, CRER Principal Eric Janssen has specialized in assisting lenders, property owners, and tenants through challenging times including being appointed Receiver in both State and Federal Court in more than 1,700 cases involving collateral valued in excess of $1.6B.

There is no challenge that we cannot work through together. In short, we are here and ready to continue to be your partner and work collectively through the uncertain times ahead.
