Victor Cornelio is an experienced retail broker who worked for more than eight years at a national brokerage firm prior to joining CRER. During his tenure, he has helped transact more than $230 million in real estate for his clients.

Victor graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Northeastern Illinois University, studied abroad in Rome, and worked as a credit analyst before joining the brokerage industry.
Luke Kingsbury began his real estate career at Marcus & Millichap in 2017. Starting off as an associate broker focusing on single and multi-tenant throughout Chicago and the suburbs. He concentrates on relationship building, current market trends, developing his portfolio, and assisting clients throughout the entire real estate cycle.
During the middle of the pandemic, Luke had his best year selling real estate. He closed on multiple single tenant assets leased to national corporate tenants as well as local shopping center in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. He plans to add to the momentum and keeping building his pipeline year over year.
In his spare time, Luke likes to hang with friends, family, play golf, join various cluibs sports like softball, floor hockey, and beach volleyball. If you are not seeing him playing sports, you are probably seeing him going to see a band play live or going to a music festival.
Jarid Dietrich specializes in off-market properties, however, his skill sets and experience permeate all aspects of Real Estate. After attending Arizona State University to pursue a degree in Business, he worked as a Real Estate developer in Phoenix for over 5 years where he built a reputation cemented in honesty, integrity and a client-first approach.
He joined CRER to help clients navigate the intricacies of the Real Estate world across a variety of areas ranging from Multi-Family, Retail Centers and Adaptive Reuse, to Hospitality and Healthcare.

As a lifetime resident of Chicagoland, Anthony has always taken an interest in real estate. From an early age, Anthony began working in his family real estate business. Working alongside his father and mentor, he gained invaluable knowledge and insight into the business. During this time he learned about everything from construction and remodeling to property management and investment strategies. This foundation led the way for his passion for real estate.
After attending college, Anthony knew that real estate was meant for him. In 2011 he earned his real estate license and hit the ground running. He began working with buyers and engaging in property management. Anthony developed an intimate understanding of the real estate transaction and the importance of client relationships. After gaining knowledge and experience, Anthony adapted to an ever changing market and began working with sellers and investors. His understanding of the market and ability to find off-market and distressed properties make him an asset to first time home buyers and seasoned investors alike.
Anthony is knowledgeable in all facets of real estate and continues to hone his skills. Himself an investor in real estate, Anthony understands the importance of finding the best deal for his client and exhausts all resources to do so. Joe Kahlhammer comes to CRER after launching his career working in construction management. Joe has been a key participant in the design, scheduling and leadership of general contracting construction projects throughout the Chicagoland area. He has been involved in multi-million dollar residential, commercial and municipal development projects from the initial planning and proposal stage through the entire construction cycle and final client delivery. He has also consulted with clients, building management, architects, subcontractors, building inspectors and tenants to discuss project objectives, budgets and overall project scope.
With his eye on real estate ever since graduating college, Joe decided to make the transition to commercial brokerage in 2020. He will focus on the acquisition and disposition of multi-family investment properties in the Chicagoland area.
Joe was born and raised in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing both golf and guitar, and staying active overall.
Ian Luscombe began his real estate career in 2015 at Marcus & Millichap. The personal nature of this relationship-driven business enabled him to close many transactions. Ian focuses on projects ranging from multifamily to mixed-use and retail, with deal sizes ranging from $500,000 to $10,000,000.
The keys to his success? Taking pride in providing client satisfaction, perfecting his communication and people skills, and keeping his clients happy with a consistent deal flow stemming from his best effort.
Ian graduated from Butler University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
At Butler, Ian played D-1AA football, his team winning Pioneer Football League Championships in both 2012 and 2013. As a student athlete he developed a hard-working attitude and ability to tackle any obstacles that stand in his way. It’s how Ian still gets results, as his clients will attest.
Finley Askin is a licensed managing broker who specializes in the sale of multifamily, mixed-use, and development properties in the Chicago metropolitan area. Since 2018, Finley has completed over 75 transactions and has sold in excess of $115 million in real estate assets. Prior to joining CRER, Finley was at a national brokerage firm where he ranked in the top 20 among 1,600 brokers during 2020.
Finley is able to use his background as a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to determine whether each investment meets his client’s needs by thoroughly analyzing property data. Prior to real estate, Finley worked at Ernst & Young in the Transaction Advisory Services group where he assisted Fortune 500 companies in multibillion-dollar international acquisitions.
Finley graduated with honors from the University of Northern Kentucky where he received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance. Outside of real estate, Finley is a sports enthusiast and enjoys traveling, running, and spending meaningful time with family and friends.
